T20 World Cup Squad:

 India is expected to soon announce the 15 man squad they will take into the ICC T20 World Cup in October 2021 which will be held in UAE and Oman. The T20 Tournament was supposed to be conducted in India but due to the current Covid outbreaks, it was decided that the tournament will be conducted in UAE after the IPL. 

India won the inaugural T20 World cup under the captaincy of MS Dhoni when we defeated Pakistan in 2007, after that we have only been in the final of the tournament once against Sri Lanka and we lost that final. After 5 years the tournament is returning and India would be hoping to win it this time.

14. Ravindra Jadeja

15. Prithvi Shaw

This is a squad I am predicting and it is mostly based on the form these players have shown in the IPL, it would be cool even if the 12/15 players I picked are correct.

Thoughts on the T20WC Squad

  With all due respect to all the players, I'll be just writing my opinion in this blog post which will be backed by some stats and past performances. The T20 World Cup is scheduled to be held in UAE and Oman in October and a few nations have already named their squads that are going to take part in the world cup. India announced their World Cup squad on 8th September. It looks like a well-balanced squad with a few fast bowlers and a rather spin-dominant bowling attack.
